If something goes wrong with your toy and it’s due to a manufacturing issue — not misuse or wear and tear — we’ll replace it or offer a comparable item of equal value. Because when it comes to your pleasure, we take things seriously.
What’s Covered?
Our 2-Year Warranty covers functional defects and manufacturing faults — the stuff that actually gets in the way of your toy working as it should. The 2-year Warranty starts from your order purchase date. The claim must be made within the 2 year period.
Covered issues include:

Internal motor failure

Button malfunctions
-
Charging issues that are not caused by damage

Dead-on-arrival (DOA) devices
-
Structural failure that impacts function (not caused by misuse)
If your toy stops working properly due to a fault that’s not your fault, we’ll replace it. Simple.
What’s Not Covered?
We’d love to cover everything, but due to the intimate nature of our products (and safety for all our customers), there are a few things our warranty doesn’t include:

Cosmetic issues (scratches, marks, discoloration, etc.)

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by dropping, smashing, bending, or biting (we’ve seen it all)

Battery leakage or corrosion from improper storage

Use of incompatible substances like essential oils, coconut oil, baby oil, sunscreen, or edible products (these can degrade materials and electronics)

Toys that have been tampered with or opened

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (e.g. Amazon, eBay resellers)

Lost, stolen, or misplaced items
Important: Any attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the toy yourself will void the warranty.
What Do I Need to Make a Claim?
To submit a warranty claim, we’ll need a few things from you:

Your original proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or bank statement)

The product name or SKU
-
A clear description of the issue
-
A photo or video showing the problem (where possible)

Your shipping address and full name
Keep your proof of purchase somewhere safe — we can’t accept claims without it.
How the Warranty Process Works
We’ve kept it as easy and stress-free as possible:

Submit Your Claim
Email us here. Include all the info listed above. Upload your videos/photos to a cloud drive and provide us with the link to view them. The more details you give us, the faster we can help. -
We Review It
Our team will assess your claim within 3–5 business days. If it qualifies, we’ll send you an RWN number and return instructions. -
Return the Item (If Required)
If we need to inspect the toy, we’ll ask you to send it to us. You’ll need to cover the return postage. Make sure it’s packaged safely, and write the RWN number clearly on the outside of the box. -
We Send a Replacement
Once your claim is approved (and we’ve received your item, if needed), we’ll send out a replacement toy — either the same model or one of equal value if the original is no longer available. We’ll cover the cost of shipping your new toy to you. Your replacement will ship within 7–10 business days after approval.
A Note on Hygiene & Returns
Because our toys are intimate and sealed for safety, we can’t accept returns of opened or used items unless there’s a verified defect. We hope you understand — this protects all our customers.

Our toys go through rigorous quality checks, but if something doesn’t feel right — a strange noise, a blinking light, a motor that’s gone silent — please don’t hesitate to reach out here. We’ll troubleshoot with you and let you know if it qualifies for a warranty replacement.
