How It Works

If you find a lower price on the exact same product at another online adult store, just send us the details and we’ll verify it. Once approved, we’ll offer you that lower price — easy as that.

To request a price match, simply email us here with the following info:

• The name of the product

• A direct link to the product on the competitor’s website

• The advertised price you saw

• A quick note confirming the item is in stock on their site

Our customer service team will get back to you as quickly as possible to let you know if the match is approved.

What Qualifies for Price Matching?

We’re happy to price match if:

• The product is identical — same brand, model, size, colour (if applicable)

• The item is in stock both on our website and the competitor’s site at the time of the request

• The item is new, authentic, and not refurbished or secondhand

• The price is full price (not on sale, clearance, bundle, or part of a promo code deal)

• The competitor’s price does not include discounts, loyalty points, or member-only pricing

• The price comparison is before shipping costs

What Doesn’t Qualify?

We love giving you a good deal, but there are some limits to what we can match:

• We won’t price match auction sites, marketplaces, or third-party resellers (like eBay, Amazon, etc.)

• Price matches can't be combined with any other Lollipop Shop promo codes, offers, or loyalty rewards

• If the competitor’s price was clearly a mistake (like a typo), we won’t match it

• We don’t price match items we don’t stock or that are currently out of stock on our site

• We don't price match items that you have already purchased.

• We reserve the right to verify all pricing claims and to decline requests that don’t meet the criteria above
